funded by the Higher Education Support Program of Open Society
Institute, announces a call for proposals to develop new, innovative
and relevant university courses in the following discipline areas:
Central Asian Studies, Constitutional Law, Economics, Environmental
Studies, EU Enlargement, Sociology, Nationalism, Philosophy and issues
