Kazakh-German University in Almaty / Kazakhstan announces its
8th Summer University Aug. 11 - 23, 2008
Topic: "The EU Central Asia Strategy: Prospects and Challenges"

Lecturers from Freie Universitaet Berlin, Europaeische Akademie Berlin
and other well-known German institutions are going to perform in 3 seminars:
Politics, Economy and Culture.

Participants from all over Central Asia and Germany are invited to
apply for the Summer University at www.dku.kz
The application deadline is May 30, 2008.

Participants from Central Asia will be only paying a course fee of
5000 KZT. Further costs will be compensated. Students from Germany
may apply for grants of "GoEast programme" at German Academic Exchange
