Posted by: Nino Kizikurashvili <nkizikurashvili@yahoo.co.uk>

Foundation for Georgian Studies, Humanities and Social Sciences
(Rustaveli Foundation) announces call for international experts (PhD
holders) to evaluate project proposals in the field of Georgian
Studies, Humanities and Social Sciences submitted to Rustaveli
Foundation for funding.

Foundation for Georgian Studies, Humanities and Social Sciences
(Rustaveli Foundation) was established in May 2007 by the Resolution
of the Prime Minister of Georgia with the main goal to promote and
support Georgian Science through financing of competitive grant
projects in the field of Georgian Studies, Humanities and Social
Sciences.

The whole procedure of administration of grants encompasses call for
applications and their further evaluation, approval and issuance of
grants. Review process (free of charge) is carried out by independent
local and foreign peer reviewers, who are provided by the Foundation
with a part of the Competitive Project Documents that require their
conclusion. The projects are reviewed and evaluated according to the
evaluation criteria that are approved by the resolution of the Prime
Minister of Georgia "On the establishment of LPPL Foundation for
Georgian Studies, Humanities and Social Sciences and approval of its
charter".

Based on all above-mentioned, we would like to announce call for
experts/evaluators, and kindly ask you to contribute to the overall
process of development of Social Sciences and Humanities in Georgia
through your consent to peer review the competitive project proposals
in your filed of expertise. The number of project proposals to be
reviewed completely depends upon the time available to you, we would
be grateful for your every effort and contribution!

In case of your positive intention to establish cooperation in status
of expert (peer-reviewer) with Rustaveli Foundation please contact me
with short message that you agree to become an expert, so that we can
add your contact to the database of international experts of
Foundation for Georgian Studies, Humanities and Social Sciences
(Rustaveli Foundation).

Looking forward to our fruitful and mutually beneficial cooperation.
